Join Billy Mills and the North Central Michigan College Fitness Staff for a short fitness walk at 6 PM. Visit our sponsor tables from 6 - 7 PM to learn about healthy programs and activities offered in our community.   Billy Mills, 1964 Olympic Gold Medalist in the 10,000 meter event, will inspire us with his "Healthy Living, It's a Choice Not a Guarantee" talk.  The program closes with a special visit by the Little Traverse Bay Bands Drummers.   (The drum beat represents the "heart beat".) It will be an educational and fun-filled evening.
