The fifth year of participation for the Cheboygan area Let's Get Moving Northern Michigan program will kick-off at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital on May 21st.

Brochures on  fun ways to exercise and  walk will be available.  Light refreshments will be served. Registration will take place that day in the hospiatl or by signing up at one of the registration sites.  You can also self-register and keep track of your own miles by logging on to www.lgmnm.org.  Instructions will be given.  You can also register by calling Jill Moore at (231) 627-1276 , Mike Grisdale at (231) 627-1353,  faxing us at (231) 627-1824, or e-mailing us at info@cheboyganhospital.org.  You can also register at the following locations by filling out the registration sheet with your name, address, phone number and age and taking a LGM booklet with you: The Cheboygan Memorial Hospital front lobby, the Cheboygan Memorial Health Center front lobby, The Cheboygan Area Chamber of Commerce, the Cheboygan Fitness Center, or the Indian River Chamber of Commerce.

By turning in coupons or self-updating your miles each week, you are automatically entered in a weekly drawing for a free prize. Prizes are donated by area sponsors who are listed in the lefthand column of this page and also in the booklets.

All participants who complete 100 miles in 100 days will be entered into a grand prize drawing for a fantastic prize. So get out there and “Let's...Get...Moving!"
