It's official.
We have the bragging rights for 2009 !
Last year was the first year that the participants of the Grand Traverse Area had collaboratively logged the MOST miles for Michigan's Northern Region!
But that victory was in a sense, only the beginning..........
we have achieved one goal, but now....
there is a new one.....
that goal is to
DEFEND the coveted LGMNM plaque !!!!

Did you know that Let's Get Moving provides plaques
for 3 different teams which incur the
highest number of miles per participant
based on the size of the team!
Small team = 5-20 members
Med team = 21-50 members
Large team = 51+ members

Let's Get Moving Northern Michigan would like to thank ALL of the area businesses who volunteered to answer our call for help in sponsoring our community program for Summer 2009 -- these particular local businesses are reeeaaalllly great Team Players!
Each of the businesses donated between $100 - $1000 dollars !
They also donated all of the cool weekly prizes !
