Team Registration Facts

 

You can walk as an individual, or you can gather a group to form a team.   

 

 

Prizes are drawn from the entire group of LGM participants, so it’s not necessary to be on a team, but it might be more fun!  

 

 

 

If your business or company wants to form a team, your team name should begin with your company (eg. Priority Health/Striders).

 

 

 

If you participated on a team last year, and want to be on the same team, select your team from the drop down box (online) or write your team name on the registration form. 

 

 

If you have a new team, email getmoving@mhc.net with the name of your team, your team captain and team members.  When you go in to update your miles, your team will be listed in your profile.

 

If your team captain wants to update miles for your team, indicate that to getmoving@mhc.net and the captain will get a special login for your team.

Did you know........daily physical activity can include everything from gardening to swimming, from dancing to playing with your children, from walking to running.  Regular daily physical activity has been proven to assist in the prevention of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer.  Like a good breakfast regular daily physical activity is part a healthy lifestyle.
